2022 Brut Riesling

This is the third release of their Riesling Brut from the certified organic Summerland estate vineyard. This charmat blends 86% Riesling and 14% Pinot Blanc, with 6 months on lees in tank, and 10 g/L RS. Lively and bright, with grapefruit, lime pith and peel, green apple streaking across a zippy palate, finishing with more fresh citrus and riesling's hallmark acidity. A fun, well-made fizz for enjoying this summer.
