VAN DOREN CHAN

Van Doren Chan is a sommelier and restaurateur. She was the co-founder Commercial Drive’s Ugly Dumpling before launching Dumpling in a Box in 2019. A veteran of the restaurant industry with a resume that includes many of British Columbia’s finest such as Sooke Harbour House, Blue Water Café, Four Seasons Hotel, Hawksworth and Le Crocodile.
